From the first call where she asked all the questions to determine the right fit (location, price, gated or not, level of CCR's, acres, use) to sending a list of properties to the showings everything was tailored to what our needs were. She was honest about issues she was aware of, probably the most knowledgeable realtor in terms of area and properties we've ever worked with and absolutely not pushing us to make a decision until we were positive we'd found our dream property. Once that happened Peggy handled all the steps to purchase - we live in another state and never had to research anything as Peggy would provide us with signing documents and any pertinent information we might need. If we did have questions she would quickly confirm and get back to us. Bottom line - we would recommend Peggy without hesitation!

Recently I decided to sell my AZ property as I realized that I would not be using it for retirement as originally planned. Living out of state, I was completely dependent on a local realtor to manage all the aspects of listing, advertising and closing - and after my first phone conversation with Peggy I knew I was in good hands. Peggy sent out a mailer to vacant land owners. We decided we would give her a shot as we are drawing close to retirement and building our dream home. I had two requirements, one to show me a house that I would buy and not build and/or one that was smaller that we could live in while we built. Knowing about my problem, a friend of a friend told me I needed a REAL Pro and recommended I contact Peggy and ask for help. This was a vacant building lot on a relatively steep site and I knew it would take a special buyer to really appreciate it for what it was (even more so after the discovery of an unknown encroachment issue !!!). Although it was not what her "Realty Speciality" was, she agreed to give it a try. Peggy worked diligently to get the property out there, knowing that it was not going to be a typical or normal type of listing (for her and pretty much most all other Realtors) she took on the challenge and used all of her impressive skills to do what was needed. Even though the real estate market was going through a pretty tough period, at the time of first listing, she never gave up and kept working her magic, never just letting it set on a back burner and hoping for the best as what the other previous "Professionals" had all done, she persistently kept on tweaking and refining nonproductive strategies until she got to the perfect spot in the marketplace and found not only 1 but 3 buyers competing for the property. My wife is a realtor in Phoenix, and we started our search for properties in Prescott on the internet. She contacted a few Prescott realtors directly with questions about their listings and the area in general. After a couple of weeks searching on the internet, we decided to take a trip out to Prescott to look at a few communities in person to see which ones met our criteria. After our first trip, we were able to narrow our search to two communities in the Williamson Valley area. We continued to look at listings on the internet and after a couple of weeks passed, decided to take another trip out to Prescott.
